JET is a transport and forwarding company that was established in 2016 in Łódź. We started with 1 car and a dozen or so orders per month, while we currently fulfil more than 3000 orders per year for our customers. Despite the passing of time and the development of the company, we continue to be guided by the same values with which we started. As a small, family-run company, we promote a culture of mutual respect, honesty, trust and partnership. At the same time, we strive to be professional and provide the highest quality of service to our customers.
The vast experience we have gained over the years allows us to complete orders on time with almost 100% efficiency. This is evidenced by the fact that we have received just under 2,000 positive feedbacks from our contractors and not a single negative one. Thanks to our vast experience, we know how to prevent problems. We also know that things do not always go according to plan on the road, which is when it is important to react quickly and appropriately to minimise the impact of unforeseen events.
Our customers know that they can trust us to handle their orders comprehensively, from start to finish. We are not just a company whose role is limited to the pick-up and delivery of the goods, but also take an active part in additional activities that are necessary for the order to be carried out correctly.
